SightXchange is the first project currently being carried out by my company ICG. SightXchange is an innovative project looking at eradicating vision impairment, in exchange of new skills providing underprivileged people with employment. The focus of the project is to really draw and highlight the need for social regeneration in countries and communities which are in major need. SightXchange is predominantly working in the most needy parts of Bangladesh and would like to expand its work throughout Asia and Africa.
